1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bajj platform and all associated services. "bajj", "platform" or "site" refers to the website https://bajjvip.cam and all related pages and services.

"User" or "Member" refers to anyone who has opened an account on bajj and is using the platform's services. "Bet" refers to any financial participation — including casino games, slots, fishing games or sports betting.

By using these Terms you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and are eligible to use bajj's services under applicable laws in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bajj, users must provide true, accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each person may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, bajj reserves the right to close all such accounts and cancel the associated balances.

2.2 Age Limit

All bajj services are strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Documents proving age may be requested during account verification. bajj reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until age verification is complete.

2.3 Password and Security

Keeping account login details fully confidential is the user's own responsibility. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you forget your password or suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bajj support immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bajj is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major commercial banks). Providing accurate transaction details at the time of deposit is mandatory.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal payment methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Transaction Security

bajj uses SSL encryption to keep all financial transactions secure. However, bajj is not responsible for ensuring the security of the user's own device or internet connection.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bajj offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. After receiving the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

bajj's ongoing promotions include:

• bajj Weekly Reload Festival: 20% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500. Can be claimed once per week.
• bajj Slot Fun Bonus: 30% of deposit on slot games, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering. Once per day.
• bajj Cricket Victory Bonus: 25% of deposit on cricket betting, up to ৳6,000, 18x wagering. Once per week.
• bajj Birthday Special Reward: Up to ৳2,000, 10x wagering. Once per year.
• bajj Refer a Friend Reward: Up to ৳3,000 per successful referral, 12x wagering.

4.3 Bonus Terms of Use

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met. bajj reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — a new bonus cannot be claimed until the conditions of the current one are fulfilled.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

5.1 VIP Tiers

bajj's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Members move up to higher tiers based on regular and active participation.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

Cashback is paid at each VIP tier on weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Example: A Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

5.3 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP cashback and other benefits may be changed at bajj's discretion. bajj reserves the right to cancel VIP benefits in the event of fraudulent activity or breach of terms.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on bajj are run fairly and according to defined rules. Using any software tools, bots or automated methods to play games is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server error, network problem or any other technical reason, bajj will review the technical logs and make a decision. bajj's decision in such cases is final.

6.3 Game Restrictions

bajj may restrict access to specific games or game categories at any time. Placing bets on certain games while a bonus is active may not count toward bonus progress.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajj:

• Opening or operating an account using a false identity or another person's information
• Creating multiple accounts in order to claim bonus benefits
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the gaming system to gain an unfair advantage
• Hacking, data scraping or disrupting the normal operation of the platform
• Sharing an account or funds with other users

If evidence is found of participation in any of the activities listed above, bajj may close the account and cancel all balances without notice.

8 Responsible Gaming Commitment

10 Mobile Application

bajj's Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. These terms apply in full to downloading and using the app. bajj cannot take responsibility for the security of apps downloaded from third-party sources.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by bajj

If evidence of a breach of terms, fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity is found, bajj may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without notice.

11.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must send a request to bajj's live chat or email support. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw all eligible funds from their balance, unless the closure is due to a breach of terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

bajj is not liable for any financial loss arising from gaming outcomes, technical errors or third-party services. Gaming is inherently risky and the user accepts that risk knowingly.

If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, bajj will make every effort to return the original stake for that bet, but no claim can be made for any hypothetical winnings.

13 Dispute Resolution
